God is essentially love, and the love of God is revealed in all its fullness through the life of Jesus Christ. José Otávio Garcia is the Director of Information Technology, works and has always operated in the health area. In his international experience we can highlight his work in lectures and in the development of system projects presented and published by AACC (American Association for Clinical Chemistry). He has a degree in Mathematics, a Postgraduate degree in System Analysis, an MBA in Information Technology Management at UFRJ (Federal University of Rio de Janeiro) and an MBA in Business Management at IBMEC (Brazilian Institute of Economic Markets). In 2010 he was elected Brazil s number one CIO of Healthcare Industry by Computerworld and IDC.
